By accessing or using OET Practice ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

OET Practice is an independent, unofficial educational tool designed solely to help healthcare professionals prepare for the Occupational English Test (OET). The Service provides practice tests, timed simulations, and auto-scoring for study purposes.

Use of this Service does not guarantee any particular result on the official OET exam. Practice scores obtained here are for self-assessment only and are not indicative of official OET scores.

OET Practice is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Cambridge Boxhill Language Assessment (CBLA), Cambridge Assessment English, or any official OET testing authority in any way.

"OET" and "Occupational English Test" are trademarks of their respective owners. All references to OET on this website are purely for descriptive and educational purposes.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The practice tests accurately reflect the current official OET exam format, difficulty, or content.
• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
• The auto-scoring results are equivalent to official OET scoring criteria.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OET Practice and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

All content on this platform — including test questions, audio materials, design, and code — is provided for personal, non-commercial study use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without prior written permission.

Premium subscriptions are billed on a weekly or monthly recurring basis via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge at iosdladev2021@gmail.com.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will note the date of the last update at the top of this page.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides.
