Billing questions
Do I need a credit card to try OET Practice?
No. Test 1 is completely free and requires no credit card. You only enter payment details if you choose to upgrade to a Premium plan.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime in one click from your account Settings page. When you cancel, you keep full Premium access until the end of your current billing period, and you are never charged again after that.
What happens when my subscription ends?
Your account simply returns to the Free plan. You keep access to the free Test 1 and your account — nothing is deleted. You can resubscribe at any time.
Can I switch between the Weekly and Monthly plans?
Yes. Cancel your current plan (you keep access until the period ends) and start the other one, or email support@oetpreptest.com and we will help you switch.
Are there any hidden fees?
None. The price you see is the price you pay — $5.99 per week or $19.99 per month. No setup fees, no surprise charges. You cancel whenever you want.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
